About this Mission
Vision & Significance
India, the land of Mahatma Gandhi and Lord Mahavira, has gifted the world the principle of Ahimsa. Yet domestic violence, communal tensions, and gender-based violence remain serious challenges. This mission seeks to make non-violence not just a philosophy, but a lived reality.
Peace Framework:
- •Women and Child Safety: Strengthening legal protections, community watch programs, and support services for women and children facing violence or abuse.
- •Conflict Resolution: Training communities in non-violent communication, mediation, and restorative justice to resolve disputes without aggression.
- •Communal Harmony: Promoting interfaith dialogue, shared celebrations, and mutual understanding to prevent communal tensions and build social cohesion.
- •Anti-Bullying Programs: Addressing bullying and violence in schools through peer mediation, counselling, and positive behavioural interventions.
